New Delhi: Stunning visual captured French Air Force Rafale jets soaring alongside the Ariane-6 rocket during its spectacular second launch on March 6, 2025.

This mesmerizing visual captures the jets monitoring the skies as the Ariane-6 rocket soared into space from Europe’s Spaceport, Guiana Space Centre in French Guiana.

The video was shared by Andrew Parsonson, who is a space enthusiast, European spaceflight promoter. The X post shared by him read, “Some footage from those French Air Force Rafale fighters monitoring the skies over yesterday’s Ariane 6 launch.”

The Ariane 6 rocket, operated by Arianespace, successfully completed its first commercial flight launch on March 6, delivering the CSO-3 satellite into orbit.  

The CSO-3 satellite is part of France’s defense system, enhancing its Earth observation capabilities. This mission marked a significant milestone for Europe’s space program, demonstrating the rocket’s capability to handle complex launches.
