(a) The cell contains nuclear material which can be seen as entangled mass of thread like structure when it is not dividing. The chromatin material gets organised into rodlike structures called chromosome when the cell is about to divide.
(b) Chloroplasts are green-coloured plastids which contain green coloured pigment called chlorophyll.
(c) Genes are the functional segments of DNA (present on DNA) which control a specific trait by making specific protein.
