Ans. (a) Tissues which are made-up of more than one type of cells and coordinate to perform a common function are called complex tissue.
(b) Connective tissue serves the functioning of binding and joining one tissue to another. It also provides support and helps packing together different organs of the body and hence called so.
(c) Lining of kidney tubule is made-up of cuboidal epithelium which provides mechanical support.
