3. After finishing the subject matter, write the name and designation of the person issuing the notice in the right-hand side bottom corner of the notice.
4. Finally, when issued by a person on behalf of an authority the notice should be countersigned.

You are all aware of the fact that thousands of people have been killed and many more have been rendered homeless. Students may also take donation slips from the office counter to collect contributions from their neighbours and relatives. All contributions will be sent to the affected areas of Nepal through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Social service certificates will be awarded to the best contributors from the school.

About seven people have been hospitalized, three of whom are in a critical condition. Therefore, everybody is urged to take preventive measures like cleaning stagnant water in their houses and spraying insecticides like DDT, bleaching powder etc. This will prevent the breeding of mosquito larvae. Everybody should use mosquito nets at night and consult a doctor if fever persists for more than three days. The club is going to undertake a garbage and sewage cleaning operation. World-famous yoga guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s ardent disciple Smt. Nibedita Biswas will be present in our camp to guide the participants. The camp will be started with the chanting of sacred hymns and ended with the distribution of tea and snacks among the participants.
